API
IssueCentre provides for you to be able to integrate it with your other business systems using a WebServices based API. The API provides all the functionality required to be able to create new tickets, retrieve ticket details and update tickets from your other systems. This will help you to extend the benefits of your investment by maximizing the automated creation and updating of tickets, ensuring tickets are logged and preventing any re-keying.
The API provides 4 webservices, covering the following areas:
