Tickets from emails should be easy
Creating new tickets is easy as the ticket is created with details pre-populated from the email. Updating tickets can be even easier as email replies that include the ticket reference are automatically matched to the right ticket so you can add the email to the ticket with just 2 clicks.

All emails are kept whether they are ticket related, spam or just important communications. If someones processed an email wrongly not only will you be able to retrieve it, youll be able to see when and who processed it.
